ORGANSIATION : The operations of the organisations are carried out by a team of workers mostly from the field area itself and are assisted in this by a few individuals voluntarily supporting some of the activities. The structure at present is as follows

All the workers all contractual except programme co-ordinator and field supervisors posted at NRM centre as there is no assured/fixed resource support to the organisation. But there are efforts to find out a mechanism by which there will be core staff/workers so that the programme does not get discontinued.

Besides the regular contractual workers, there are associates whose services sought and or who give their services in four areas viz. Institutional development, Programme development, Programme Operations and Capacity building of workers as well as the CBOs.
