Vikalpa believes on Team Approach Vikalpa developed in own team called as Think Tank ( TT)  comprising of scholars and experts from various field of life and area always available for rendering their services on voluntary basis. The TT includes subject experts from different fields of science like Agriculture, Veterinary, Taxonomy, Geology , Environment , Public Health, Training, Administration , Civil, Mining, Social Sciences, Social Works, Economics, Soil Science, Watershed, Chemistry and spiritual education. Project Planner and Land acquisition and expert in M.S Monitoring . Grass root Working experience in land acquisition, forest diversion, rehabilitation and resettlement, community development, land reclamation, dump reclamation, statutory compliance of MOEF, PCBs and parliamentary affairs. Trainer in functional literacy in rural development  and convergence of government schemes. Advisor and facilitator to Emta Coal Mines in its land acquisition, development of forest diversion proposal and R&R activities and policy planning . Advisor to many NGOs in the field of poverty alleviations, JFM, women empowerment, micro finance and micro insurance and health sectors.

EXPERIENCE IN FIELD OF LAND ACQUISITION, R&R AND FOREST LAND DIVERSION
  1. Land acquisition R&R and Community Development for 600 crore captive coal mine project viz. Baranj Integrated Open Case Project in Wardha Valley Coal Fields limited. Work includes the base line socio economic survey of project affected persons from six villages in core zone and 33 villages. in buffer zone. Preparation of RAP, and assist company in it implementation. Associated in activities in measurement and valuation of the properties to shifted. Self employment training and preparation of plan for land use for productive purpose. Total value of the works together in more than 21 lakhs.
  2. Diversion of forest land, RR works allotted to Vikalpa by Adani Power Limited for its Lohara west and lohara extesion project involving 1500 ha forest diversion and village shifting. Work is in progress. The value of NGO fees is Rs. 19 lakhs ( copy enclosed).
  3. Base line socio-economic  survey , preparation of RAP of one Gokul OCP in WCLvalue of the work is 4.98 lakhs .
  4. Vikalpa worked as member for strategy action plan for biodiversity  for central India  ( vidarbha region)
  5. Vikalpa involved in Joint forestry management programme . More than 200 JFM committees formed in Vidabrha and MP
